4th Progress Meeting in Utrecht

The B-SMART consortium came together upon the invitation of the coordinator Raymond Schiffelers in Utrecht, the Netherlands, from February 6-7, 2019. In a picturesque meeting venue right next to one of the city’s grachten, representatives from all partners gathered to discuss the latest progress in the project.

The first meeting day was reserved for discussions between the consortium members who were exchanging the latest news and the achievements since the last progress meeting. Since the project is approaching half-time, a lot of room was given for discussion between the partners to decide on open questions regarding the next important steps ahead.

On the second day, project partners had the chance to participate in an IP workshop held by an experienced IP attorney, who put a special focus on the possibilities to exploit B-SMART related results. The consortium engaged passionately in the presentation and deepened the already ongoing conversation on valorisation of research outcomes within the scope of the project.

The next Progress Meeting will take place in Trondheim, Norway, on September 11-12, 2019.
