B-SMART in the home stretch of the project

Between 24 and 25 January 2022, the B-SMART consortium gathered for another virtual progress meeting. Representatives from all partners were present as well as the EC Officer.

A major point of discussion was the steps that need to be taken in the upcoming months to bring B-SMART to a successful close. Partners defined the final project goals and developed plans on how to achieve them. While all are hopeful and confident that these goals will be reached, the consortium also talked about possible risks that need to be monitored closely. Another important aspect of this meeting was also the detailed planning of dissemination activities during the project’s lifetime, but the consortium also addressed the time beyond B-SMART and how the insights and momentum gain can be translated into other initiatives and activities.

The final meeting will take place together with the last review meeting in June 2022. The consortium is optimistic that at least this last meeting can be in person again.
