Honour for young B-SMART researcher

Hannah Walgrave, PhD student from VIB-KU Leuven, has received the Ernest Solvay Prize 2022 from the Queen Elisabeth Medical Foundation for her work in B-SMART on the role of adult neurogenesis in Alzheimer’s disease. She received the award by Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Belgium at the Palace on April 28th 2022.
